We are very excited to deliver enhanced tools that both allow for better communication with our current customers as well as quicker access to information for all new visitors to our site researching 1Wire Communications.

We are also excited to announce the general release of our newest product, Xactview. This is a completely customizable GUI interface between your computer and your phone. Users now have complete “drag and drop” functionality to transfer calls across the company using their mouse instead of the phone itself. Very user friendly.

The interface itself is clean and incredibly intuitive, so learning how to use the tool is a snap.

Best of all, the product comes with a full reporting suite to allow organizations to see real time call statistics such as calls per queue (i.e.Customer Service, Sales, Accounting) calls per hour, and calls per day.
