You have the option to have any phone number that shows up on your screen to be automatically highlighted with a clickable link that helps companies making many calls from their browser do so with ease. On the other hand you can remove the highlights, making no change to what you see on your browser page, and instead highlight the number you would like to call by clicking and dragging, then right clicking on the number and choose the “dial” option you see in the drop down. This option allows employees who work with many numbers that may not be phone numbers to avoid accidentally clicking and dialing a non-phone number.
Couple this feature with the soft-phone option that we will explain down below, and you essentially create a virtual extension with click to dial options from anywhere as if you were on your physical phone at the office.
